The Racial Equity: Getting to Results tool was developed by the Government Alliance on Race and Equity (GARE) to assist jurisdictions in using a racial equity lens to identify a set of metrics and implement a community process to have a greater impact in their work. The tool connects a racial equity lens to the anti-racist, racial equity-focused Results-Based Accountability (RBA) methodology to empower jurisdictions to advance racial equity.
