View the third installment of the Building Health Equity Webinar series, Health Equity Practice Among Today’s Youth. This webinar featured Frederick Newell from Dream City Iowa and Talia Meidlinger from United Action for Youth, moderated by Tricia Kitzmann, an experienced governmental and local public health professional from the University of Iowa College of Public Health. This was a live session on July 13, 2022.

We discussed youth organizations’ perceptions of health equity, what issues stand out in local communities, and what health departments can do to engage youth organizations and support their vision. The session included open conversation with attendees.
