Rural Prosperity Nebraska is an organization operating within the University of Nebraska-Lincoln’s Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources. Here, students, faculty, and community leaders combine formal research with on-the-ground experience to improve prosperity in rural areas in six focus areas: community engagement, people attraction, community development leadership, community economic development, placemaking, and regional food systems. They offer multiple tools organizations can use to plan and fund projects in these areas.
