Organizational Readiness Assessment
This assessment includes a set of questions for you to consider from the perspective of staff, leadership, and polices. There isn’t a simple checklist for participants to follow in their journey to achieve or apply equitable practices. Our goal with this Organizational Readiness Assessment is to help you understand your organization’s current level of health equity knowledge, practices, and policies. This will allow you to gauge your readiness to implement the Building Health Equity Training (BHE).
