BHE Who We Are
We are a team of faculty, staff, practitioners, and students from the College of Public Health working to build health equity.
Over two years ago, a group came together to develop, implement, and evaluate a health equity curriculum for health departments in Iowa. After a pilot program at a local health department, we began expanding our efforts across the state in our aim to establish the building blocks for a sustainable culture of health equity practice in Iowa.
